Job summary

Mt. Bachelor FOH Support Staff play a big role in the FOH’s success, working with bartenders and servers to ensure smooth operations.

Primary responsibilities include setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the bar and dining room, while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Extensive guest interaction and knowledge of menu items, with OLCC and Oregon Food Handler's Card certifications, are required.

Qualifications

• License/Certifications: OLCC and Oregon Food Handler's Card.
• Technical: Must be proficient with POS systems.
• Physical: Must be able to change and/or move full kegs of beer and stand/move for long periods.
• Flexible with hours and days; ability to work any hours and days.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests, provide outstanding service and guide guests through the dining experience.
• Set up and break down for each shift, reset tables per restaurant specs, and maintain clean service stations.
• Communicate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely food orders and high-quality service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and stock products throughout the day.
• Cross-train at multiple stations and support all FOH functions as needed.
