Compass Group USA in Hillsboro, OR is hiring Front of House Attendants at Portland Fire & Thorns (3340 NE Aloclek, Hillsboro, OR 97124). Full-time and part-time schedules are available; days/hours vary by team. Prior catering/front-of-house experience (3 years) is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay ranges from $21.00 to $22.00 per hour. Free meals, uniforms and laundering services are provided at select locations.

Qualifications

• Previous 3 years of catering and front of house experience required.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer and provides hospitality at a high level.
• Greets team members and ensures they have what they need to succeed.
• Relays customer concerns to supervisors as needed.
• Ensures marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Leads weekly promotions and guest programs.
• Assists in displaying and merchandising foods attractively.
