Job summary

Demos' Restaurant in Lebanon, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the General Manager and lead front-of-house teams. You will coach staff, uphold service standards, and deliver an outstanding dining experience for every guest.

This role rewards leadership, accountability, and problem-solving with a salary of $50,000 to $65,000 per year, plus performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Open availability including weekends is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading daily front-of-house operations.
• Increase sales by improving customer satisfaction and building customer loyalty.
• Ensure that service, cleanliness, safety, appearance, and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Train, coach, and develop front-of-house employees.
• Lead with integrity and consistent, respectful leadership.
• Monitor the dining room and respond quickly to customer or operational concerns.
