Demos’ Restaurant in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Kitchen Manager to work with the Lead Kitchen Manager, General Manager, and leadership to develop employees, maintain quality and safety standards, and control costs in a well-organized kitchen.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will train and coach back-of-house staff, monitor recipes and procedures, supervise shifts, and coordinate with front-of-house management to ensure timely, high-quality service while reflecting Demos’ values in daily
