The Manager role is responsible for leading daily operations, developing team members and leaders, and ensuring excellence in guest experience, food safety, speed, and team culture. This position plays a critical role in supporting restaurant leadership while creating a positive, high-performing environment for both guests and team members.

Salary Range: $21.00-$24.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time | Consistent night availability required

Minimum Age: 20 years

What You'll Be Responsible For

Running the Shift

• Lead shift operations — positioning the team, managing breaks, and keeping things running smoothly
• Hold the standard on food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness
• Complete the weekly Compliance Report and ensure all shift requirements are met

Leading the Team

• Coach and develop Team Leaders and Team Members in the moment and over time
• Hold yourself and others accountable to our culture and expectations
• Recognize talent and actively invest in developing the next generation of leaders

Taking Care of Our Guests

• Set the tone for every guest interaction on your shift
• Address concerns quickly and with the hospitality our guests expect from us
