BaggersTown, a new bar, restaurant and entertainment destination in Noblesville, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead an opening team and deliver outstanding guest experiences daily.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in high-energy environments, loves developing people, and can balance hospitality with operational excellence—from floor operations to events and promotions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a full-service restaurant or bar management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; empower teams.
• Guest-focused mindset for a high-energy setting.
• Experience with POS and scheduling systems is preferred.
• Valid alcohol service permit; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate FOH team to deliver top-tier hospitality.
• Oversee daily floor operations across restaurant, bar, and entertainment areas.
• Manage service standards, guest interactions, and peak flow.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling for front-of-house staff.
• Collaborate on marketing, events, and special promotions.
• Maintain health, safety, and alcohol service compliance.
• Monitor labor, COGS, and guest satisfaction to hit goals.
• Coordinate with kitchen and beverage teams for seamless service.
