American Golf Corporation is seeking a Food & Beverage Service Manager to oversee daily dining and event service operations, elevating guest experiences while ensuring safety and financial standards. You will lead front-of-house teams and partner with culinary and leadership groups to drive service excellence and revenue performance.

This role requires 5+ years in hospitality or F&B, 2+ years in leadership, and a proven ability to manage costs and guest relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality or food & beverage service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience in hospitality, golf, or service environment.
• Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol; applicable state certifications required.
• Proven ability to resolve guest concerns and deliver high-level customer service.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee dining room and event service operations, ensuring setup, presentation, and service execution.
• Lead and direct service staff, ensuring uniform standards and adherence to service expectations.
• Create and manage shift sheets, staffing plans, and floor coverage based on business demands.
• Conduct pre-shift and pre-event meetings to communicate service expectations, reservations, and event details.
• Partner with culinary teams to coordinate service flow, timing, and event execution.
• Manage bar operations and event beverage consumption, including accurate Banquet Bar Control records.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management of service staff.
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain labor and payroll reporting, including daily and weekly punch audits.
• Drive revenue growth by upselling opportunities and supporting sales initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and responsible service standards.
• Assist with service execution during peak periods as needed.
