Job summary

The Brass Tap is seeking an Assistant Manager for our craft beer bar and kitchen. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, supervise daily operations, and ensure safe, clean, and compliant service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in casual restaurant/bar management, are US-eligible, 21+, and available nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with MS Office and a strong sense of initiative are valued.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience in a full-service, casual restaurant/bar management position.
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Min. 21 years or older
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Proficient in MS Office
