The Brass Tap is seeking service team members to greet guests, take orders, and serve food in a fast-paced craft-beer environment. You’ll learn our beer and menu details to confidently recommend items and ensure guests have an exceptional experience.

Ideal candidates are 21+, can balance multiple tasks, and are comfortable with POS systems. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling and emphasizes teamwork and a fun, growth-focused culture.

Competenze

• Must be 21 or older per state/local rules.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to balance multiple food/beverage items.
• Able to operate POS and beverage equipment.
• Stand/walk and lift up to 25 lbs.

Mansioni

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap.
• Take and serve orders following service steps.
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest items.
• Present checks and take payment.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep station and areas clean and organized.
