Qualifications

• Must possess math skills sufficient to make changes for customers quickly and accurately.
• Must be fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Must be willing to wear a headset and respond quickly if needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff for all front of house positions at the BHA.
• Account for all hours reported on time sheets for front of house employees.
• Ensure excellent customer service and safety for all guests.
• Assist the Director of Volunteer Programs with volunteers.
