Flight Club Seattle is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the shift, uphold company standards, and deliver an unmatched guest experience. You will work with the General Manager to ensure strong culture and value alignment, coaching and developing the team to exceed guest expectations.
This non-exempt, full-time role requires hands-on leadership, flexibility with shifts, and a readiness to manage costs and operations across food, beverage and service while maintaining safety and quality.

The Manager role assists the General Manager with ensuring a strong culture and Company values, while delivering entertainment unmatched in the market. This position is the leader running the shift to help our team members exceed our guests’ expectations.
