Job summary

Corner Table Restaurants seeks a Front of House Manager to lead service excellence in our New York dining room. You will mentor servers and host staff, ensure a spotless, well-stocked dining area, and coordinate with the kitchen for seamless service during peak hours.

You bring 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, a passion for hospitality, and strong communication skills. You’ll uphold our culture of genuine hospitality and high standards for every guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a culture of genuine hospitality for all team members and guests.
  • Ensure the dining room is always clean and well-stocked, and ensure that team members have all the tools they need for a successful shift.
  • Maintain effective and timely communication with the kitchen operations team during service periods.
  • Support all service staff and actively participate in service.
  • Ensure that every meal and moment exceeds expectations throughout the entire dining experience.
  • Comply with HR practices and policies, hold employees accountable for all standards and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with DOL/Health Department regulations and uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our employees and guests.
  • Provides feedback and guidance focusing on support and hospitality, ensuring that all team members have the tools to succeed.

THE POSITION: FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

The base pay range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on several factors, including but not limited to prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.
