Job summary

Silvercrest Community is seeking a Front of House Manager in Eden Prairie, MN to lead the front-of-house operations within a senior living community. The role includes hiring, training, and scheduling dining servers to ensure top-tier service in the dining room.

The position is full-time with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule (10:30 AM–7:00 PM) and a salary of $48,000–$52,000 per year, reflecting competitive compensation in the Minnesota market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (college courses or culinary school preferred).
• Leadership experience in the food service industry, preferably in senior living.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
