Trapper’s Sushi Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Surprise, AZ to lead the front-of-house team and ensure superior guest experiences. You will manage guest relations, coach staff, and partner with Kitchen Manager to run a smooth operation.

You will open/close, schedule, monitor labor, and uphold TRAPCHK values while driving promotions and training. This role offers a clear path toward General Manager with strong benefits.

Competenze

• Two or more years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Own the front-of-house guest experience from greeting to farewell, keeping service warm and consistent with Trapper’s standards.
• Maintain a visible floor presence during peak periods; support servers and bartenders and keep the pace of service on track.
• Coach team members in real time with timely, specific feedback and build an inclusive culture.
• Open and close the restaurant and serve as manager on duty, including leading when senior leadership is off-site.
• Build and manage front-of-house schedules to align with sales volume and control labor.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and reasonable discounts and voids.
