Job summary

Four Corners is seeking a Front of House Leader to elevate guest experiences and drive daily operations across our venues. You’ll supervise staff, coach teams, and ensure exceptional service while guiding hiring, training, and scheduling efforts.

Based in Denver, CO, this role emphasizes guest satisfaction, team development, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years managing high-volume F&B or multi-unit hospitality operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with common computer apps.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to manage and develop staff.
• Creative and analytical thinker focused on guest satisfaction.
• Team player who takes ownership of guest issues and resolves them.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to develop procedures, policies, and standards aligned with goals.
• Stay ahead of hospitality trends and apply best practices to improve areas in need.
• Understand and enforce local government regulations and safety standards.
• Onboard new hires and support team growth, development, and success planning.
• Maintain an orderly workflow and meet business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Offer flexible scheduling to cover day, evening, and weekend shifts.
