Job summary

Four Corners is seeking a Front of House Leader to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and help drive restaurant sales across the organization.

You will hire, train, and schedule staff, coach team members, enforce safety and compliance, and partner with the General Manager to meet goals in a fast-paced environment.

Relocation assistance is available for current employees in good standing; compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 plus potential bonuses up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ years managing high-volume F&B operations
• Proven leadership and guest-service orientation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train, schedule and coach staff
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day FOH operations to meet performance goals
• Ensure exceptional guest service and address concerns promptly
• Drive restaurant sales and implement procedures with GM
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule front-of-house staff
• Coach employees and enforce standards in a fast-paced setting
