Job summary

Suite Shots Jenks is seeking a hands-on hospitality leader to run front-of-house operations in a dynamic venue blending dining, craft beverages, and interactive golf. You will drive service excellence, coach staff, and balance guest experience with operational discipline.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in restaurant/bar management, experience in entertainment-driven settings, and a track record of coaching teams while optimizing labor and costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant and bar management experience, high-volume preferred.
• Entertainment-driven venue experience is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in labor management and shift execution.
• Experience with bar operations and beverage cost control.
• Proven coaching and development of service teams.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work 50+ hours per week and move throughout the venue.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations during service with strong floor presence.
• Oversee restaurant, bar, and guest activity areas to ensure smooth flow.
• Manage table turns, bar execution, and service coordination.
• Maintain highFO&B standards and enforce responsible alcohol service.
• Partner with BOH leadership to ensure timing, accuracy, and quality service delivery.
• Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for every guest.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Supervise and coach servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
• Manage shift deployment and control labor costs while maintaining service excellence.
• Monitor daily sales performance, key metrics, beverage mix, and labor percentages.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and promotional execution.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Step into service positions as needed to maintain flow during peak periods
