Suite Shots Jenks Riverwalk is looking for a Busser/Bay Assistant to support our Bay Hosts and ensure guests receive hot food, cold drinks, and attentive service in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some Sundays.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• A positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and navigate stairs.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending/stooping.
• Food handler certification or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hot food from the kitchen and cold beverages from the bar to guests quickly and accurately.
• Support Bay Hosts by clearing and resetting tables so spaces are ready for the next guests.
• Keep bays and tables clean and well-stocked, anticipating guest needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas.
• Help ensure guest safety and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Provide friendly, attentive service with eye contact and a smile.
• Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts.
