What You Will Do
- Lead front-of-house operations during service with strong floor presence
- Oversee restaurant, bar, and guest activity areas to ensure smooth flow
- Manage table turns, bar execution, and service coordination
- Maintain high food and beverage standards and enforce responsible alcohol service
- Partner closely with BOH leadership to ensure timing, accuracy, and quality service delivery
- Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for every guest
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Supervise, mentor, and coach servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Manage shift deployment and control labor costs while maintaining service excellence
- Monitor daily sales performance, key metrics, beverage mix, and labor percentages
- Support inventory management, ordering, and promotional execution
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and uphold safety and cleanliness standards
- Step into service positions as needed to maintain flow during peak periods
You’ll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...
- 5+ years of restaurant and bar management experience (high-volume preferred)
- Experience in an entertainment-driven venue (strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labor management and shift execution
- Experience with bar operations and beverage cost control
- A proven track record of coaching and developing service teams
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work 50+ hours per week based on demand
- The ability to move throughout the venue for extended periods
