• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and train employees; strong communication skills.
• Must maintain open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong floor presence during peak hours.
• Engage with guests to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
• Resolve guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Lead event setup, execution, and staff coordination with events team.
• Supervise, coach, and develop hourly team members across departments.
