Job summary

Eurest USA in Costa Mesa, CA is hiring for a Front of House Lead Supervisor on a full-time basis. The role requires at least 2 years in food & beverage and 1 year in supervision, plus inventory and ordering responsibilities. A California Food Handler Card or ServSafe Manager Certification is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food & beverage experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Inventory and ordering experience required.
• Valid California Food Handler Card or ServSafe Manager Certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff are on task and quality standards are met; operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing and signage to ensure currency and appropriateness.
• Upholds policies and procedures to meet company and client expectations.
