Eurest USA in Costa Mesa, CA is hiring for a Front of House Lead Supervisor on a full-time basis. The role requires at least 2 years in food & beverage and 1 year in supervision, plus inventory and ordering responsibilities. A California Food Handler Card or ServSafe Manager Certification is required.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with some Saturdays; hours may vary. Perks include paid holidays, minimal nights and weekends, and growth opportunities. Internal Employee Referral Bonus is available.

Qualificações

We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
