You will supervise ushers, manage safety procedures, and coordinate pre-performance operations to ensure timely starts and welcoming guest experiences.

The role requires supervision of volunteers, CPRAED/AED-CPR compliance, and close collaboration with the production team to maintain smooth operations across venues.

Formación

• A high school diploma and experience or additional education in production or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate operations with the production manager to close the house and seat latecomers.
• Oversee front of house safety procedures and maintain AED/CPR certification.
• Supervise volunteer ushers and ensure accurate, timely program distribution and seating.
