Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for a Front of House Lead Supervisor at UNC-Chapel Hill, with a 9:00 am–5:30 pm or 11:00 am–7:30 pm shift. The role requires prior barista and supervisory experience, and offers a pay range of $20 to $21 per hour. Full-time position with benefits, and online applications accepted only.

Location: UNC – 360 Kenan Center Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27599. Associates receive free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Previous barista and supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory to minimize waste and maintain quality.
• Ensures staff are on task, quality standards are met, and area is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing and ensures signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to meet client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
