East Coast Golf Management is seeking a Front of the House Supervisor/Bartender/Server at International Golf Course in Murrells Inlet, SC. The role oversees servers on the floor, assists in training, and closes the outlet nightly, while bartending and delivering top-tier service to guests.

The ideal candidate has a proven lead role, POS experience including Lightspeed, and a hospitality mindset. Certifications like TIPS/ServSafe are a plus; golf/resort settings are advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a lead role.
• Experience with POS systems is required.
• Experience with Lightspeed POS or similar is a plus.
• Experience in resort or golf course settings is a plus.
• TIPS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servers on the floor at designated times to ensure smooth service.
• Close the food & beverage outlet at night and coordinate with management.
• Mix and serve drinks, delivering exceptional bar service to owners and guests.
• Provide courteous, efficient service as a server, meeting dining expectations.
• Assist in training new employees and uphold hospitality standards.
• Balance deposits with lead server and maintain a clean server area.
• Open/close procedures and organize shifts; manage stock and safety.
