Job summary

East Coast Golf Management is hiring a full-time Front of House Supervisor/Bartender/Server at International Golf Course in Murrells Inlet, SC. This role oversees FOH operations, bartending, and serving responsibilities to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will train staff, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, manage deposits, and maintain high standards across Sunset Prime, 55 Bistro, and Sunset Tiki outlets. Resort/golf setting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable local alcohol laws.
• TIPS Certification or ability to obtain within first 30 days.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Must meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servers on the floor and coordinate with lead server and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Mix and serve drinks with knowledge of beer, wine and spirits.
• Provide courteous, efficient dining service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Open and close the outlet, balance deposits and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Train new staff and enforce company standards and sanitation guidelines.
