Job summary

Kona Brewing Hawaiʻi in Kailua-Kona seeks a Front of House Leadership Leader who lives hospitality and elevates every guest interaction. This role is a culture-driver inside Hawaii’s iconic craft brewer, blending fast-paced service with aloha and accountability to keep the room energized.

You will guide a Front of House team, mentor staff, and collaborate with culinary and management to deliver memorable experiences while sustaining a welcoming, growth-minded workplace across our brewpub.
