Job summary

Newk's Eatery is seeking a Front Of House Hourly Partner to ensure guests receive a positive Newk's Experience and to support sales goals. This role performs all tasks in line with Newk's standards, policies and procedures, while maintaining a sanitary and respectful work environment.

You'll join an independently owned franchise restaurant, with opportunities for part-time or full-time hours, and a path to growth within a team that values service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred (college a plus).
• Knowledge of a Point of Sale System (Aloha preferred).
• At least six months restaurant service experience or in customer service industries.

The FOH Hourly Partner is responsible to ensure all Newk's guests receive a positive Newk's Experience. This position also assists the restaurant team in achieving planned sales by performing all responsibilities and tasks of their position according to Newk's standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence. The FOH Hourly Partner also helps to protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and a high quality work environment while effectively managing operational/product costs.
