Job summary

Newk's Eatery in Memphis is seeking a FOH Hourly Partner to ensure all guests receive a positive experience. This role involves assisting the restaurant team in achieving planned sales while maintaining a high-quality work environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and customer service experience, with a preference for candidates holding a high school diploma. Full-time or part-time positions are available, making it suitable for students or individuals balancing family commitments.

Qualifications

• At least six months of restaurant service experience or customer service industries.
• Reliability and ability to make good decisions for guest care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all NEWK’s guests receive a positive NEWK’s Experience.
• Assist the restaurant team in achieving planned sales.
• Maintain a sanitary, safe, respectful, and efficient work environment.

Skills

Excellent communications and guest service skills

Knowledge of Point of Sale Systems (Aloha preferred)

Customer service experience

Education

High School diploma preferred
