Job summary

Newk’s Eatery is seeking a Front Of House Hourly Partner to help deliver a positive guest experience and support the restaurant team in achieving sales goals. This role may be full-time or part-time and involves performing all duties per Newk’s standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong guest service skills, a high school diploma (college a plus), and experience with a POS system (Aloha preferred).

Qualifications

• Excellent communications and guest service skills.
• High School diploma preferred (college a plus).
• Knowledge of a Point of Sale System (Preferably Aloha).
• At least six months restaurant service experience; or other customer service industries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all NEWK’s guests receive a positive NEWK’s Experience.
• Assist the restaurant team in achieving planned sales.
• Perform all responsibilities and tasks of the position according to NEWK’s standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence.

The FOH Hourly Partner is responsible to ensure all NEWK's guests receive a positive NEWK's Experience. This position also assists the restaurant team in achieving planned sales by performing all responsibilities and tasks of their position according to NEWK's standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence. The FOH Hourly Partner also helps to protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and a high quality work environment while effectively managing operational/product costs.
