Job summary

NEWK's Eatery is seeking a Front Of House Hourly Partner in an on-site role in Mississippi. You will contribute to delivering a positive guest experience, support sales goals, and uphold NEWK’s standards and procedures for operational excellence.

The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to brand guidelines while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Prior POS experience is a plus, with a preference for Aloha users.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills are required.
• Knowledge of a Point of Sale system (Aloha preferred).
• Six months restaurant service or equivalent customer service experience is expected.

The FOH Hourly Partner is responsible to ensure all NEWK's guests receive a positive NEWK's Experience. This position also assists the restaurant team in achieving planned sales by performing all responsibilities and tasks of their position according to NEWK's standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence. The FOH Hourly Partner also helps to protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and a high quality work environment while effectively managing operational/product costs. This career opportunity is with a independently owned franchise restaurant.
