Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience by welcoming and greeting every guest and managing seating.
• Open doors for guests, greet or thank guests, and inform them of wait times using provided technology.
• Answer the restaurant phone professionally and take reservations; assist with curbside to-go orders.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards, including restrooms, and uphold safety guidelines.
• Ensure branded to-go packaging and support management in daily operations.
