The 5 Spot Sandfly in Savannah, GA is seeking experienced bartenders for both full-time and part-time roles in a fast-paced, casual neighborhood restaurant with a busy bar program.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 2 years of front‑of‑the‑house experience.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and promotion of The 5 Spot culture and brand.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Know all menu items and verify guest IDs for alcohol.
• Monitor guests and respond promptly to problems.
• Uphold sanitation and cleanliness standards; keep bar stocked.
• Maintain a safe, respectful work environment and support management.
