Centennial Plaza is seeking a Host to create a welcoming dining experience by greeting guests, managing the seating flow, and coordinating with servers and management. The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and clear communication to ensure efficient seating and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling reservations and waitlists, answering inquiries, and maintaining an orderly host stand.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with reservation and waitlist management systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly as they arrive.
• Manage reservations and waitlists, confirm details, and update systems.
• Notify servers and managers when tables are ready for seating.
• Answer phone inquiries and assist with reservations or questions.
• Maintain an organized host stand and logs of reservations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and servers to manage seating during peak times.
