Job summary

Cineplex Entertainment LP is seeking Hosts to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and seat guests in our dining areas. You will coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless experience and maintain a positive first impression through clear communication and attentive service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Provincial alcohol service certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record guest reservations; assign tables.
• Greet guests at entrance and escort to seating areas.
• Stay familiar with menu items; answer questions."
• Address guest feedback and ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Process guest payments for food, beverages, and games as needed.
• Keep designated areas clean per routines and hygiene standards.
