Job summary

Grimaldi's Pizzeria in Las Vegas is hiring Hosts/Hostesses to create a welcoming first impression and coordinate dining room flow to support excellent service.

You will greet guests, seat them at the right tables, monitor the wait list, and coordinate with servers to optimize seating and turnover. A valid food handlers card is required, with opportunities for advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and seat them at appropriate tables.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant lobby area.
• Monitor the wait list and inform guests of wait times, escort to tables when ready.
• Monitor table turnover and coordinate with servers to ensure efficient seating and service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
