Beyond Catering in Lake Geneva, WI is hiring a Front of House Guest Service Associate. You will learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru duties while greeting guests, recording orders, and handling payments.

You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace. The role includes cashier responsibilities, coordination with the kitchen, take-out orders, and timely food service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cashier duties including recording orders and taking payment.
• Greet guests with a smile and provide outstanding service.
• Expediter/Server: ensure food presented correctly and handed out properly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and servers; assist with take-out/phone orders.
• Serve and deliver food promptly and in a timely manner.
• Clean and sanitize as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
