Job summary

Paris Baguette North America is hiring Front of House Team Members in Bethesda, MD. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, handling pastry displays, beverage preparation, and POS operation in a fast-paced bakery cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail, customer service, and/or food handling experience.
• High school diploma/GED or some college.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (Toast).
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Commitment to food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to every customer in-store or by phone.
• Check product quality and rotate pastries to maintain freshness.
• Prepare beverages, including coffee, during business hours.
• Keep all store areas clean during hours of operation.
• Refill and organize pastries and beverages on display.
• Operate the POS system with accuracy.
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through ordering and promotions.
• Assist guests with inquiries and educate them on menu items.
