Job summary

Paris Baguette in Bethesda, MD is seeking Front of House Team Members to join our growing family. Roles include both full-time and part-time positions with starting pay at $16/hour plus shared tips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail, customer service, and/or food handling experience.
• High school diploma or GED, or some college.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (Toast) and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to store guests and callers.
• Check product quality and rotate pastries to maintain freshness.
• Prepare beverages, including coffee, during business hours.
• Keep store areas clean and well-organized throughout shifts.
• Assist guests with inquiries and educate them on menu items and promotions.
• Operate the Toast POS system with accurate cash handling.
