Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provides visual cues for guests with clean, pressed attire and a clean dining area.
• Ensures Always Fresh procedures to keep coffee and products fresh and accurate.
• Delivers friendly, attentive service with strong product knowledge.
• Follows Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You (SET) principles during guest interactions.
• Verifies order accuracy by repeating orders and using proper drive-thru procedures.
• Greets guests promptly at front counter and drive-thru, maintaining speed of service.
• Addresses guest concerns and performs service recovery when needed.
• Listens to guests and apologizes as appropriate.
• Prepares products according to training and monitor for order accuracy.
• Communicates product needs to ensure availability for guests.
• Takes temperatures and records in the Time & Temperature Log.
• Follows all restaurant policies and keeps front counter and drive-thru area clean and stocked.
• Routinely washes hands and follows sanitation guidelines; reports health and safety issues.
• Adheres to health and safety legislation and uses PPE as required.
• Reports injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
• Works in conditions with cold, heat, and standing for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting of supplies and equipment as needed.
