Beyond Catering in Darien, IL is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Associate. You will greet guests with a smile, quickly record orders, and learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru duties while upholding our high quality standards and keeping a clean, sanitary workspace.

In a fast-paced environment, you will communicate effectively with guests and team members, process payments, assist with take-out orders, and help ensure food is prepared and presented properly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and positive attitude required.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment at all times.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cashier: Record orders accurately, take payment, and greet guests with a smile.
• Expediter/Server: Ensure food is prepared properly before serving and assist with take-out/phone orders.
• Communicate with kitchen and servers to maintain smooth service.
• Serve and present food promptly and with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout shift.
