Job summary

Beyond Catering in Illinois is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Associate to learn cashier, expediter, and drive-thru duties. You will greet guests, record orders, and process payments while ensuring food meets high quality standards and maintaining a clean workspace.

You will work with a team to deliver outstanding service, handle take-out orders, and uphold sanitation requirements in a fast-paced environment. Competitive wages and tips are included.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate
• Must work to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, record orders, and take payment.
• Learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions.
• Ensure food meets high-quality standards and is handed out properly.
• Communicate with kitchen and servers, assist with take-out/phone orders.
• Serve and auction food in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Other duties as assigned.
