Chick-fil-A Morgan Hill is seeking a Front of House Team Member to welcome guests and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced setting. You will engage with guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy while supporting a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and working across dining and drive-thru areas. A strong work ethic and clear English communication are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ preferred).
• Ability to read, write, and speak standard English for safety, guest, and team communication.

Responsabilités

• Deliver warm, friendly service with accuracy and efficiency.
• Take guest orders, process payments, and ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare drinks, desserts, and bag orders.
• Provide hospitality in dining and drive-thru areas.
