Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hospitality or restaurant service experience.
• Lead/ trainer or shift leader experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and take direction from leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support supervision of dining room and event service operations during assigned shifts.
• Assist in maintaining service flow, table management, and floor organization.
• Help ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and presentation of service areas.
• Provide guidance and support to FOH team members during service.
• Monitor guest experience and elevate concerns to leadership as needed.
• Assist with pre-shift preparation and communication of daily service expectations.
• Support opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and accuracy.
• Reinforce company standards, service procedures, and team expectations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Help with scheduling support, shift coverage, and team coordination as directed.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar teams to support timing and service execution.
• Step into service roles as needed during peak periods.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
