Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house communications for correct order timing and presentation.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and food preparation guidelines.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and accurate delivery.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization; assist as team member.
• Lead food runners and ensure accurate delivery of orders.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform standards; perform other duties as assigned.
