Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable with technology and able to learn new devices quickly.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, families and guests served.
• College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front-of-the-house experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide suggestions and implement ideas to improve service efficiency.
• Maintain and manage the point of sale system.
• Oversee front-of-house labor and food presentation.
• Ensure passing scores in sanitation audits and inspections.
