Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and deliver a high-quality dining experience in our community setting. You will hire and train staff under the Director of F&B, drive service efficiency, oversee POS operations, and ensure state and local sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front-of-house experience.
• Ability to lead front-of-house operations and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations and provide professional leadership.
• Hire and train employees under the Director of F&B.
• Improve service efficiency and manage POS operations.
• Oversee front-of-house labor and food presentation.
• Ensure passing scores on sanitation audits.
