Chick-fil-A Riverchase Galleria in Birmingham is hiring a Front of House Day Shift Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, manage transactions, and work as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Handle transactions accurately using POS and cash registers.
• Scan goods, verify pricing and quantities, and provide receipts.
• Accept payments by cash, credit, or check and give correct change.
• Bag and wrap purchased items for safe transport.
• Handle returns, refunds, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Issue coupons, vouchers, stamps, and gift cards as needed.

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and departure
• Work between the hours of 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM or later
• Manage transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems
• Scan goods, verify pricing and quantities, and provide receipts
• Accept payments via cash, credit, or check, and provide correct change
• Bag and wrap purchased items for safe transport
• Handle returns, refunds, and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
