Position Details:

• Full-time and Part-time positions available
• Only open from 10 am - 8 pm
• Shifts range from 9 am - 9 pm
• Mall Location: All shifts are inside the air-conditioned food court

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions
• Ensure the cleanliness of the front counter area
• Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Work closely with team members and leadership
• Uphold Chick-fil-A’s high standard of service

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
