Job summary

Le Quartier in Omaha, NE is seeking a customer service minded, detail-oriented teammate to join our front of house crew at Dundee. You will handle transactions, prepare orders, and assist customers in a fast-paced setting.

The role involves operating the register, packing orders, answering calls, and keeping the space clean and stocked. Weekdays and/or weekends (3-5 days/week) are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in barista/cafe or fast-paced food service is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and provide friendly service.

Le Quartier in Omaha, NE is looking for one customer service minded and detail-oriented person to join our strong front of house team in Dundee. We are located on 5026 Underwood Ave. Our ideal candidate is polite, reliable, communicative, hard-working and able to handle a fast paced environment.

We are looking for someone who can work weekdays and/or weekends (3-5 days/week).

Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• always treat customers in a polite and kind manner
• operate register
• cash handling
• organize orders: pack orders for today and correctly take and post orders scheduled for future dates
• answer phone calls from customers who are placing a to-go order or who have a question about our products

Maintain Clean Environment:

• wipe tables
• sweep and mop floors
• clean restrooms
• keep coffee station and shelves stocked
• wash dishes

Prepare Food & Drink:

• Quickly prepare sandwiches to order
• Make lattes, cappuccinos, and other drinks
• Brew Coffee

Qualifications

• at least 18 years old

Ideal candidates will have at least one of the following:

• Barista or Cafe experience
• Sandwich preparation, or other fast paced food preparation experience
• Cashier or server experience
